If an order is canceled after payment has been captured, the customer will receive a refund to the original payment method.

Estimated delivery times are:

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from international warehouses or fulfillment partners located outside Australia.

Customers acknowledge and accept that:

6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • additional shipping fees

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour after placement.

Due to automated order processing systems, orders already processed or dispatched cannot be canceled.

If an order has already shipped, the customer must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.

9. Delivered Shipments

Responsibility for an order transfers to the customer once tracking confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Aussie Atelier is not liable for:

  • stolen parcels
  • misplaced deliveries
  • unattended deliveries
  • delivery issues occurring after confirmed delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring secure delivery arrangements.

10. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

  • restrict accounts
  • report fraudulent activity

where necessary.

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, return abuse, or misuse of refund systems may result in:

  • evidence submission to payment providers

  • graphics
  • images
