Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information where available.
Processing times are separate from shipping times.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Australia: 5–14 business days
- International orders: 7–18 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
- customs processing
- carrier disruptions
- weather conditions
- public holidays
- operational delays
- high-volume periods
Aussie Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customs authorities.
3. Shipping Origin & Fulfillment
Orders may be shipped directly from international warehouses, suppliers, or fulfillment partners located outside Australia.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that:
- shipments may originate internationally
- international shipping may involve customs procedures
- transit times may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Promotional free shipping offers may apply to selected products, destinations, or order values.
Customers are responsible for any:
- customs duties
- import taxes
- local fees
- currency conversion charges
imposed by the destination country or financial institutions.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided where available.
Tracking updates may require several business days to become active after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and complete.
Address modifications or corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.
Aussie Atelier is not liable for:
- failed deliveries
- lost shipments
- delays
- additional shipping charges
- returned parcels
resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7. Delivered Packages
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Aussie Atelier is not liable for:
- stolen packages
- misplaced deliveries
- unattended deliveries
- delivery issues occurring after confirmed delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring secure delivery arrangements.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a shipment appears significantly delayed, customers must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We may investigate the issue with the shipping carrier where possible; however, investigation outcomes are subject to carrier policies and procedures.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
9. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If an order is:
- refused by the customer
- unclaimed
- returned due to incorrect address information
Aussie Atelier reserves the right to deduct:
- shipping costs
- return shipping fees
- handling charges
- carrier fees
from any eligible refund.
